Evolutionary Trend in Passiflora Species Revealed by RAPD-PCR, Gene Specific ITS and rbcl Markers

Background: The present study represents a preliminary analysis of genetic diversity among Passiflora species using amplified genotypic data specific ITS and rbcL sequences non-specific RAPD-PCR markers for investigation the molecular phylogeny.
 Methods: PCR-RAPD uses ten primers polymorphic DNA, which are compiled on NTSYS software to construct dendrogram. gene used amplification from genomic. assembled Maximum Parsimony (MP) likelihood (ML) methods. BLAST, CLUSTAL W, MEGA 6.0 have been conclude final relation tree.
 Results: translate 133 random DNA. dendrogram placed P. vitifolia Ramdaspeth Shankar Nagar Nagpur, India in same clade (similarity coefficient 0.609) confirming origin Nagpur India. Moreover, foetida England is not coming with Indian showing geographically intra-specific variation. In addition, change constructed tree was observed respect phylogeny methods MS/ML. MP consensus supported by strong 100 bootstrap value, clusters (HNI RNI) (UAI UGI) equivalent clade. However, no single recovered ML method.
